## About us

These terms apply to services provided by Shaw Spray Ltd (Company No. 12660354), Unit 7, 20 Northbrook Trading Estate, Worthing, BN14 8PN.

## Quotations

We provide a free survey and a written, fixed quotation before any work begins. Quotations are based on the surface areas, condition and finish agreed at survey. If the scope of work changes, we will agree any revised price with you before proceeding.

## Our work

We carry out all work to a professional standard using premium coating systems. Our teams work on-site and in our controlled facility, and we protect surrounding surfaces and areas throughout every job.

## Workmanship guarantee

Our work is backed by a 10-year workmanship guarantee. The guarantee covers the workmanship of the applied finish under normal use and does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse or alteration after completion.

## Insurance

We carry £10m public and employers' liability insurance. Evidence of cover is available on request.

## Payment

Payment terms are set out in your written quotation. Please raise any queries about your quotation or invoice with us directly.
